JPM Escrow Service User Rules & Community Guidelines

1. Introduction

System Interference: Do not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of our website. This includes hacking, introducing malware, or using automated scripts or bots to manipulate the Service.
3. Account & Security Rules

4. Dispute Resolution
As a neutral third party, our role is to facilitate fair and effective dispute resolution. To ensure a smooth process, you agree to:
Cooperate Fully: Provide all requested information, documentation, and communication logs to help us investigate the dispute.
Be Truthful: All statements and evidence provided during a dispute must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information may lead to the forfeiture of funds and termination of your account.
5. Consequences of Rule Violations
Violating these rules may result in, but is not limited to, the following actions:
Warning: A formal warning issued to your account.
Transaction Cancellation: The suspension or cancellation of an active transaction.
Account Suspension: Temporary suspension of your account, restricting your ability to use the Service.
Account Termination: Permanent termination of your account, and a ban from using our Service in the future.
Legal Action: Reporting of illegal activities to law enforcement and other relevant authorities.
These rules are in place to protect the integrity of the platform and the security of all users. We reserve the right to enforce these rules at our sole discretion.
